Hotel was fairly clean, pleasant and exceptional staff.

Greatly enjoyed the room with full-sized bed, my bed was big. With an adjoining terrace and a telephone available. The location was great and perfect for me, in the area on weekdays.

The jewel in the crown was very polite and welcoming staff. It took us 23 minutes to drive to this nice accommodation from the airport.

Favourable location in the nice area, near to stores and food and a convenience store and the Bay Area. Nice building and rooms with fridge.

Its location was great and absolutely perfect to get a Uber or taxi. We stopped by Happy Donuts for coffee and treats, it was a 10-15 minute walking distance from the hotel.

We had the studio suite which was big size and cheap with fridge. The hotel was in a favourable location just next door to a convenience store and the Vineyard Church and Stanford. Furthermore, underground in cramped area.

Booked a room with fridge. The airport was a 22-minute drive from the property.

I really enjoyed the room with refrigerator and microwave, the bed was exceptionally comfortable. There were a microwave and a fridge.

I was given updated and huge room with the bathroom and full-sized bed and the heater. The staff were welcoming, marvellous and perfect location close to bus station.

This is surely the best small hotel, very polite and welcoming staff, updated rooms. The property's location is marvellous, close enough to a convenience store and the Vineyard Church, stores, and many shops. There is bakery Happy Donuts, set 700 feet walk away. When we visit Palo Alto, like staying here.

The hotel offers great value for money, especially in comparison to other options in the area. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with amenities like a refrigerator and microwave for added convenience. The location is prime, with easy access to main road arteries and public transportation right in front of the hotel. The staff is extremely helpful and kind, providing excellent service throughout the stay.

Everything was satisfactory and met expectations.
